Cancellation Policy

Workshop & Camp Policy At Artree Studio, we are committed to providing a safe, enriching, and enjoyable learning environment. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before enrolling. 1. Tuition & Payments Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable: All tuition fees and merchandise purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. No Fee Carryover: Fees cannot be carried forward to future terms or deducted from future course fees. Payment Deadlines: All fees must be paid in full before the start of the workshop. 2. Class Schedule & Enrollment Minimum Enrollment: Each class requires a minimum number of participants to proceed. Studio Adjustments: Artree Studio reserves the right to adjust workshop schedules, content, or instructors at any time. Workshop Cancellation by Studio: If a workshop is canceled due to insufficient enrollment, we will contact enrolled participants to arrange a credit, refund, or substitute workshop. 3. Cancellation, Refund & Absence Policy Studio-Initiated Cancellations: A full refund will be provided if the workshop is canceled by Artree Studio or if no spot is available. Credit for Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice)[For Workshop]: If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop, credit will be issued for future use. Cancellations (24+ Hours Notice)[For Camp): If you cancel a booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled class, make-up session can be arranged but cannot guarantee depending on availability. No Credit or Make-Up for Late Cancellations (<24 Hours): Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time are not eligible for credit, transfers, or make-up sessions. $10 administrative fee will be charged. Missed Sessions: No refund, credit, or make-up will be provided for missed sessions. $10 administrative fee will be charged. Exceptional Circumstances: In the case of medical emergencies, please contact the studio. Make-up sessions are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Credit Expiration: Credits issued are valid for up to 6 months from the date of cancellation. 4. Weather & Emergency Closures In the event of unexpected closures (e.g., extreme weather, power outages), we will make every effort to reschedule the missed class.
